- Develop and implement strategies to establish and expand internship and PhD programs that align with TLL's research goals and areas of expertise, and ensure compliance with academic standards, ethical and regulatory requirements.- Competency/capability building to enhance the skills and capabilities of new/existing staff in alignment with TLL's overall capacity building efforts.- Form partnerships with universities, industry leaders, and government bodies to create collaborative internship and PhD opportunities.- Engage local and international funding agencies to establish scholarships and research grants for local and international post graduate students.- Manage budgets and financial resources allocated to these programs to ensure sustainability and growth.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of internal trainings, internship, and PhD programs.- Facilitate networking opportunities with alumni, industry partners, and academic institutions to help build professional connections.- Implement staff engagement strategies and initiatives to shape the culture of TLL

Facilitates MND’s Organizational Development (OD) journey to enable the Ministry to grow its capabilities to achieve its mission and vision. The function of the job is categorized into 3 main focus areas under the OD Framework of People, Process and System (Knowledge Management).I also drive the MND Community of Practice sessions across the MND Family agencies to promote OD best practices through the first collaborative e-newsletter, ODventure which is disseminated to the 9,000 strong staff cross the MND Family agencies. Awards coordination for international and public service Innovation and Service Awards/Ranking is also one of the areas under my portfolio. Staff Engagement is another area which I drive to look into HR support issues such as transport, gym and childcare centre facilities.

Oversee the branch and service operations, which also includes a dual role as Branch Service Manager.

Conduct consumer credit processing and review for business loans applications, inlcuding Commercial and Industrial property loans, housing loans, banker's guarantee, revolving credit facilities, bridging loans, micro-loans, credit cards and business card applications.

Policy review and analysis
