In 8 years as a top creative headhunter in Asia, she has placed 300 creative stars in her native Singapore and in almost every country across Asia Pacific, mostly at the senior level. She has procured high-profile candidates for clients such as Ogilvy and Mather, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, TBWA, Wieden and Kennedy, Saatchi and Saatchi, Young & Rubicam, Leo Burnett, JWT, Publicis, Lowe, Modernista, Iris, Interbrand, Landor, The Brand Union, Design Bridge, Philips Design, Procter and Gamble and ESPN.Known for her utmost discretion, she takes on multiple roles in her job: that of agency talent adviser, career counsellor and in many instances, friend and confidante to her charges.In 2011, she finally fulfilled a dream of hers. She started Black Light Creative Talent Acquisition. After all these years, she still has a soft spot for black animals, a penchant for haute horology, and a curious obsession with macabre movies.
