Security Operations Center Analyst
Current• Monitor security events and incidents using SIEM tools such as Splunk..• Investigate and respond to security alerts generated by security tools.• Perform threat hunting and proactively search for security threats and vulnerabilities.• Develop and maintain security use cases and rules for SIEM tools.• Conduct incident response activities such as containment, analysis, and recovery.• Collaborate with other security teams to ensure timely resolution of security incidents.• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing on applications and infrastructure.• Document incident response procedures and update runbooks.• Participate in security incident reviews and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement.• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
