- Reception & Collection of all information relevant to the implementation of projects- Analysis and interpretation of project’s information- Projects preparation: Planning extrusion, drying, firing, cutting, packing and deliveries- Presentation of the projects to all departments (needed to order raw materials and start dies construction)- Production planning focused on delivery dates given the best possible occupation of the machines in order to have the lowest costs- This planning has to be able to manage all different projects that are in production and the ones that are ready for being produced according to the colour & thickness changes and the drying and firing curves optimization always considering the delivery dates- Project Management - Analysis and process of information from production- Organization of transports, coordination with clients and sales agents- Preparation of transport & customs documents - Preparation of billing documents (invoices, credit and debit notes) - Negotiation of transport costs and contracts - Deliveries Planning on a monthly, weekly and daily level- Planning the loading activities- Evaluation and selection of transport suppliers- Evaluation and selection of waste management suppliers-Checking and approval of invoices-Calculation of FCPs in order to quote new projects ("Gate Keeper" function)-Samples dispatch-Production reporting - daily/monthly-SAP user-DataBase management (SQL SERVER)-In-house developed software management.-Reporting, KPI design and analysis followup-General and close support to the Plant Manager
