Senior Manager Procurement And Supply Chain
Current- Handle multiple strategic topics in a corporate or group context, with responsibility for the analyse, design, and optimization of processes, structures, or other programmes.- Connect and optimise control systems with a company-wide or group-wide scope, also initiate and shape change processes.- Lead and/or participate in department-related or higher-level projects.- Responsible for all strategic and operational procurement activities for the relevant products, including the development and implementation of the product strategy.- Lead (functionally) interdisciplinary procurement teams as part of the procurement process, including receiving and analysing purchase requests, sourcing, cost estimation, negotiations, supplier selection and concluding service and purchase contracts in an international environment.- Ensure early involvement of procurement (Advanced Procurement) to leverage market knowledge (including innovations) and to develop optimal specifications in collaboration with stakeholders- Supplier Relationship & Contract Management: Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiate, manage, and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with agreements and to optimise procurement processes. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis, innovation and overall supply chain optimisation.- Further developing processes and methods in (project) procurement.
