Millennials Empowerment is one of the self-development platforms in the fields of education and community service. Some of the activities I undertake while being part of this platform include:- Conducting teaching activities in schools around the village where I serve.- Organizing skill training for children in the village where I serve.- Providing health education to teenagers in the village.- Organizing educational programs about health for elderly mothers.- Conducting Home Visits to check glucose and blood pressure for mothers in the village area where I serve.- Providing training and guidance to teenagers in a tourism awareness group about marketing strategies for the Kubu Gadang tourism village.- Organizing creative skill training such as photography and digital content creation for teenagers in the village where I serve.- Assisting in planning and implementing creative events such as art festivals to enhance the local art and cultural ecosystem in the village where I serve.- Participating in social activities such as community work together with the village residents.- Providing training to the village community on utilizing burnt straw residues to produce shampoo products.

As a scholarship recipient and member of the Rumah Pintar division, (Paguyuban KSE UINSU) my contributions include:- Building good cooperative relationships among fellow division members.- Implementing jointly developed work programs.- Actively participating in every division activity.

I served as the secretary of the committee in an educational outreach event to a special needs school. Some of my responsibilities included:- Creating the committee structure together with the chairman.- Preparing correspondence for the event's needs.- Organizing meetings to discuss the committee's progress.- Archiving all forms of documentation related to secretarial duties.

As the head of the community empowerment division, my responsibilities included:- Encouraging member participation in our activities.- Designing work programs for the division.- Executing the developed work programs with the team.- Building good relationships with other division heads in Sikkola Rakyat.- Managing the needs of the community empowerment division.

Sikkola Rakyat is a platform for community empowerment movements, especially in the field of education. Some of my contributions to this community include:- Creating several community empowerment work programs.- Implementing empowerment movements through free educational teaching or tutoring.

In line with the study program I am interested in, which is Islamic education guidance and counseling, at the Counseling Laboratory of UINSU where I intern as a laboratory assistant and am part of the Psychology Assessment team, several work programs are implemented, such as:- Organizing counseling service programs in personal, social, academic, and career fields to assist students in becoming independent individuals.- Assisting UINSU Counseling Lab activities in facilitating students in solving personal, social, academic, and career issues.- Assisting UINSU Counseling Lab activities in facilitating and providing opportunities for students to develop their talents through placement and placement services according to their field.- Acting as a tester in several academic test activities such as intelligence tests, interest and talent tests, as well as non-test activities such as completing Problem Disclosure Tools (PDT) and others.

This organization focuses on literacy. Some activities I undertake within this organization include:- Training critical thinking skills through book and film discussions as well as discussions on education.- Developing reading and writing skills and interests.- Participating as an education volunteer working in literacy for children in needy villages.- Organizing literacy camps for students and open to the public. Activities include developing reading and writing interests and sharpening students' critical thinking. In essence, this literacy camp aims to nurture intellectually young generations.

During my teaching endeavors in this village, I engage in various activities, including:- Offering counseling sessions to both the community and children of Desa Nelayan Seberang, emphasizing the significance of hygiene upkeep and demonstrating proper handwashing techniques.- Delivering religious instruction to the youngsters of Desa Nelayan Seberang, commencing with Quran recitation, short surahs, and related teachings.- Organizing educational sessions for the children of Desa Nelayan Seberang, commencing with letter recognition and progressing to reading and writing skills development.
