I have worked on an array of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes across the United Kingdom between RIBA Stages 3-5.Some of the projects I have been involved in include:- Walthamstow Mall. The development of two residential towers providing 495 Build-to-rent apartments.- Leaside Lock. The development of 491 Build-to-rent apartments.- Lead for Leaside Lock's COBie Model in which the entirety of the project was rebuilt on Revit with information embedded into every modelled element.- A residential development in Manchester, providing 461 new homes of which 60% will be affordable housing.I have been involved in the implementation phases. Some of my tasks included the production of construction packages ranging from roofs to facades, MEP coordination, compliance reviews for both building regulations and more specialist standards including Metropolitan Thames Valley Homes, and setting out information.

A Co-living scheme, providing 104 Co-living units.- Vulcan Wharf, a residential scheme providing 457 new homes sitting above B8 (Distribution or storage) units.

I have been involved in the design of various projects, creation of architectural details, interior mood boards & concepts, finishes schedules, and architectural drawings ranging from plans, sections, and elevations. During my employment, the work I took on covered Stages 0-2 of the RIBA Plan of Work.I have worked on a variety of schemes in Bahrain including, but not limited to:- A four-star hotel located in the Seef District, - A beach extension to a high-profile luxury hotel in Al-Manama- Various private residential apartment buildings, - Several private villas and villa compounds across the country- Masterplanning and designing a coastal palace and its grounds with a total area surpassing 18000 square metres.
