Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accountsRecord and update the Company’s contracts and agreements with an in-house system (SPIDER)Company Secretarial – Mandates & other paperwork required by Head Office in SwitzerlandBBBEE - Annual AuditsImports/Exports – Deal with various queries if consignment not shipped correctly by LogisticsCustoms Duties – Assist consultants with paperwork and claims on APDP & Drawback claims.Support the Creditors department with coding of invoices and solving queries.Logistics – Training of systems and housekeeping in warehouses relating to control issues.Stock audits in Plants – Reporting problems and recommend improvements.
