Current1. Develop and maintain a high performing team that provides quality and timely resolution to all technical and project management issues.2. Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on behaviors and technical skills to ensure delivery of value to the organization.3. Resolve and remove impediments and manage risks for the team.4. Must be able to work well in a fast paced team environment with constant change.5. Review and communicate performance, quality, and attendance reports at the individual and team level.6. Regularly review and observe employees are following procedures, process flows and guidelines, and react proactively to any gaps.7. Develop and communicate action plans for individual employee based on performance. Set specific objectives for each employee that includes performance improvement, training, and developmental goals annually.8. Identify unique training needs for internal customers. Ensure training is delivered to employees.9. Participate in executive level overview of product and system enhancements prior to each push cycle.10. Ensure that their team is adequately prepared for upcoming workflow, systems and/or procedural changes.11. Work with peers to leverage best practices and understand new trends.12. Establish relationships throughout the organization to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on impacts of process, policy and product changes.13. Develop and execute process improvements for the team.14. Ensure team meets or exceeds all published standards measured monthly, quarterly and yearly.15. Maintain acceptable level of job discretion. Performance is evaluated against the ability to make judgment calls, the ability to make sound decisions, displaying a heightened level of accountability, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, confidentiality and professionalism.
