Primary responsibility is to develop an effective communication and marketing strategy for the State of Illinois Rapid Results Program.- Conducting research of best-in-class examples of quality and continuous improvement programs in government agencies- Developing and branding content for the Rapid Results Program's internal SharePoint site and external website- Research national and international quality and continuous improvement awards and prepare and submit nominations for the Rapid Results Initiative- Coordinating with agency senior management, managers and employees to communicate the results of successful Rapid Results Events- Supporting the implementation of a statewide conference/submit for the Rapid Results Program

Report to Director of UIS Theatre, Technical Director, as well as the Show Director.• Schedule and attend production meetings with UIS Theatre personnel• Devise and implement publicity and marketing campaigns with UIS Theatre Faculty• Advise UIS Theatre Faculty of needs for specific productions and events• Conduct outreach to regional theatre artists, companies, and schools to promote UIS Theatre productions under the supervision of UIS Theatre Faculty• Create rental and loan requests of area theatre companies, coordinate transportation of items, and facilitate returns.• Disseminate reports to all parties involved in the production of UIS Theatre endeavors• Supervise student volunteers in the execution of above activities in coordination with Theatre Faculty
