My professional goal is simple: have a positive impact. From global start up to established multinational, UK national managed services provider to foudning my own business: HireHigher, adding in an international opportunity in Sydney for an Australian based Cloud provider and most recently an early hire for a Cyber Security game changer in Galway, Ireland. The roles are varied, the pathway nontraditional but the commonalities clear: drive successful change. I have proactively launched brands (and a company), instigated campaigns, leveraged social media, effectively managed third party agencies and led end to end national and international events. My professional life enables me to learn, grow and have a positive influence on the areas that I would otherwise just be personally passionate about. My opinions, mind set and projects have resulted in having been asked to speak at schools, universities, at datacentre, IT and Cyber security industry events as well as contributing regular written commentary to industry and regional publications.Founding HireHigher is something I am hugely proud of. We fundamentally believe #AdultingIsAWIP and that we can help people make the move from studenting to Adulting through revoluntionised careers advice, guidance and education. Working with academia, employers and government we will drive the change that we believe all young people deserve. I believe that the only constant in life is change, an attitude that has seen me live in the UK, USA, Australia and now the beautiful emerald isle of Ireland. I always have and always will embrace the challenges and forked pathways that are sure to come my way in the future.
