My Responsibility:As a UI/UX Designer, I focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences through a range of activities. I start by conducting user interviews, surveys, and market research to understand user needs and pain points. Based on these insights, I translate design concepts into flowcharts and business requirement documentation. My role involves designing visually appealing and functional interfaces, including layouts, color schemes, typography, and icons, while ensuring user satisfaction and functionality. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project, IT, Purchasing, and Management Teams.Day to Day Activities:On a daily basis, I review and plan tasks based on product tickets from Asana, aligning with design team members. I focus on creating wireframes and prototypes for new features or improvements, participate in design reviews and feedback meetings, and prepare design assets and documentation for developers. I also ensure that design decisions are well-documented and update design documentation, style guides, and user flow diagrams. Key Achivement:As I focused on B2B ecosystem, which is enable Kanggo to provide services to their client through system and spread their business. Kanggo enable to reach not only personal customer, they also can reach medium to large business such as Alfamart, Hokben, KFC, Pancious, etc. It help Kanggo to get more than 110% profit in 2024 from B2B ecosystem itself.
