Joined iWelcome in the role of Solution Architect which then evolved into Pre-Sales. Managing Bids/ RFIs/RFPs and responsible for shaping the customer journey within the iWelcome product by leading the team designing Sandbox environment in order to incorporate close to actual real scenarios in the Identity and Access Management (IDAAS) space from Consumer/ Business angle and also from Employees standpoint. Main objectives:1. Work closely with Product Management team and help shape the roadmap to meet client requirements and strengthen our position in the IDAAS space. 2. Work closely with Delivery and Professional services to ensure solution designs and Bid process are managed seamlessly.3. Product Management over the Demo and Sandbox environment as the main tool used in sales pitches and help make proof of concepts to requirements that challenge our platform.
