Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

• Developed the Saudi Aramco contingency plan for handling refined products distribution • Developed the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) refined products movements contingency plan during wars. The plan covered all means of available production and transportation considering all level of scenarios. I presented the plan to the GCC minister’s deputies for approval in Oman in October 2002. The plan was approved as the official contingency plan.• Developed several planning tools to be utilized within Saudi Aramco

• Joined an Exchange assignment with a Saudi Aramco joint venture refinery, MOTIVA Delaware City Refinery (DCR) as a planning specialist.• Participated in developing the refinery planning model• Developed an in-house optimization tools

Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

• Developed the Saudi Aramco Refineries linear program(one out of two developers). The program is the official optimization tool to date used by Saudi Aramco to run Operating and business plans for all the 7 refineries owned by Saudi Aramco. The program backbone is based on Aspen technology the word most powerful optimization available engines to date.• Participated in several studies as a technical support specialist
