Current1. Administer the annual operating budget by managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.2. Maintain awareness of HR special policy matters by advising managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.3. Maintain effective internal communication by serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.4. Support top management in decision making regarding HR by maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.5. Develop retention scheme of qualified employees by conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.6. Monitor the company employees' morale by assessing (levels of satisfaction, motivation, performance) and present a periodic report to upper management.7. Manage performance appraisal process by monitoring and evaluating process of staff performance and identify area for development.
