Sultanate Of Oman

• Supervising site activity of installing the instruments and Junction Boxes according to Layout drawings & PID.• Follow the cable pulling and termination progress for the instruments and Valves limit switch.• Follow the Communication cables progress and order any missing materials (Fiber Optic splicing, Profibus termination, and Cat7 Ethernet cable). • Review and modify the Hookup drawings and provide BOQ for the required material.• Solve any conflict concerning the installation of the instruments and prepare the new material required for it.• Technical Support for the instrumentation team.Modifying the Interconnecting diagram according to supplier wiring or site condition.

Saudi Arabia - Al Jubail

• Site execution and monitoring to ensure the quality job and safe working conditions.• Supporting site work and resolve any technical difficulties that may arise.• Coordinating with electrical, piping and mechanical department for smooth execution of work.• Participating in site progress meetings with Consultant and construction team.• Inspecting the delivered materials.• Reviewing and following the PID drawings for instrument location.• Following the FDS for the alarms set points and function of the instrument. • Reviewing the Quotation for the instrument and all material required.• Reviewing the PLC, MCC and VFD wiring diagram to insure the instrument signals (Feedback and interlock) are correctly inserted.• Supervising the installation of all different type of instrument (level switch and transmitters, pressure switch and transmitters, flow meters, vibration and temperature)• Supervising the installation of all different analytical instrument ( pH, ORP, Conductivity, Chlorine, SDI, OIL, and Turbidity)• Supervising the installation of different types of valve actuators (Electrical, Pneumatic).• I/O testing and commissioning of all instruments.• I/O testing and Commissioning of electrical valve actuator (Control type (Auma Profibus, Auma Hardwire IO), on / off type (Auma)). • I/O testing and commissioning of On/Off valve limit switch.• Reviewing the As built Drawings.

Responsibilities-• Supervise Checking between PLC to/from MCC, PLC to/from the equipment’s (Valves, instrument).• Commissioning and troubleshooting Instruments wish include: Turbidity, pH, Conductivity, Level, Oil, Algae, Flow, Pressure, and Temperature…...• Commissioning Valves (PMV, Auma, InterApp …).• Check P&ID, Connecting wiring diagram.

Responsibilities-• Supervise the installation of the instrument by following the hookup drawing and modify if necessary. • Checking between PLC to/from MCC, PLC to/from the equipment’s (Valves, Instrument).• Commissioning and troubleshooting Instruments wish include: Turbidity, pH, Conductivity, Level, Oil, Algae, Flow, Pressure, and Temperature…...• Commissioning Valves (PMV, Auma, InterApp …).• Reading and modifying schematics (Diagrams) for PLC, MCC panels and Interconnecting diagrams between them.• Ensure customer satisfaction trough Quality and Safety.• Instrument Calibration Reports.

Responsibilities-• Programming power monitor devices for low and medium voltage. (Janitza, GE Multilin- feeder management relay760).• Commissioning Instruments (programming and starting) which include: Turbidity, pH, Conductivity, Level, Silica, Flow, Pressure, and Temperature... (Hach, Milltronics, Galvanic applied science, Advance flow …).• Checking between PLC to/from MCC, PLC to/from the equipment’s (Valves, Instrument).• Commissioning of Electrical and PLC panels.• Commissioning Valves (PMV, Auma, InterApp …).• Programming variable frequency drive (Alstom Type – MV3000, MV500).• Reading and modifying schematics (Diagrams) for PLC, MCC panels and Interconnecting diagrams between them.• Ensure customer satisfaction trough Quality and Safety.• Instrument Calibration Reports.
