was responsible for operating the machines and making daily production at the facility while ensuring that quality, efficiency, safety, and on time delivery standards were met.Over the course of 6 months I have gained tremendous growth in my adaptability, leadership, self-management, teamwork, and problem solving. I am certain that these cultivated skills will allow me to excel.I had a strong work ethic and mentors / coaches others well. took pride in my work and the company's success. I demonstrated great leadership skills and will make a great asset to any organization.
