Carry out periodic reviews of the Electrical maintenance department, proposing and justifying any changes necessary to maintain appropriate staffing levels and organizational effectiveness.Ensure that the power plant is maintained in a manner that safeguards plant integrity and reliability, maximizes asset lifetime and efficiency, and minimizes cost.Continually monitor the status of issues that affect the risk to plant operations, identifying and prioritizing the required actions, and driving forward the solutions.Direct and monitor the planning and prioritization of maintenance of the plant, to ensure a high availabilityCoordinate in conjunction with the Operations department the integration of daily maintenance activities setting priorities on a daily basis and identify any operational concerns for long-term planning.Ensure the timely supply of all spares and consumables in coordination with the Engineering department to ensure high availability and reliability of the plant.Encourage an active approach to monitoring plant parameters and long-term trends, putting in place procedures to ensure that all personnel understands the need for such a proactive approach.Ensure that maintenance of the Power Plant is carried out in a disciplined and consistent manner based on approved Work Instructions that have been developed, reviewed, and revised by the joint input of both Engineering and Electrical Maintenance department personnel (as applicable).Carry out the professional maintenance ,autonomous maintenance and focused improvenent projects according to WCM standards.

Work in control systems, automation, SCADA system and DCS where my academic background and interpersonal skills are well developed, Upgrade and build control systems for industrial lines and different types of machines using PLC, HMI, SCADA.Projects I performed in my company: Building control system for Packaging materials paint using PLC, HMI. Exchanging the control and electrical system for Arburg injection molding machine using PLC, HMI. Exchanging the control and electrical system for Air compressors in Ataka Power Plant using Siemens PLC, HMI. Building control system for CIP, DIP, SIP in Prepare medicines field using PLC, HMI, SCADA System. Exchange the control system for label machine in El-nasr Factory for Pharmaceutical industries using Siemens PLC, HMI. Exchange the control system for Schneider paper cutting machine in El-shrook factory for press and label. Building SCADA system for monitor and control El-ganna refrigerators in Nubaria city.
