As the CEO of Well Woven, I oversee the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the company, which aims to foster the connection between who you are and where you live. I am motivated by the opportunity to inspire and empower people to express their unique style and personality through our globally-inspired rugs and textiles. I also value diversity, innovation, and collaboration, and seek to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and the industry.In my current role, I leverage my skills in new business development, online marketing, and product marketing to expand our customer base, increase our online presence, and launch new products and collections. I work closely with our design, production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of our offerings. I also partner with various online platforms, influencers, and media outlets to promote our brand and showcase our stories.
