• Managed the rehabilitation of Otta – Abeokuta Road (Section II Contract No: 3278A (Contract Sum: N22.39B).• Contributed immensely to the resolution of perennial flooding of neighbouring communities at Joju in Sango area. Directed the redesign of a canal upon finding a suitable discharge point ensuring residents were relieved at last.• Led the team on the landscaping project. • Managed the gully erosion and road rehabilitation project at Dutse Makaranta, Bwari Area Council, FCT, Abuja. • Managed the re-construction of Nyanya – Gbagalape Road (1.8km) with Deep Washout in FCT (STDD/FCDA).• Successfully completed the backfilling of a 7m deep washout that cut-off Nyanya from Gbagalape with boulders graded from 500mm to 0/50 and the road was made motorable within two months.• Prepared material schedule, labour and plant requirements as well as liaising with the Client and other stakeholders involved in the project.

• Managed the construction of rural roads (58.74km) and hydraulic structures in Iwo Region (Lot 1) under the Rural Access and Mobility Project (RAMP Phase II) in Osun State World Bank Assisted Project in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and supported by the French Development Agency. The roads include: Agbowu / Ogbaagba—Idiroko—Eleru—Bode Osi—Aba Onile Road (11.60km).• Successfully completed remedial works on defective headwalls/wingwalls of pipe/box culverts in addition to raising progress levels from 30% to 85% within 5 months.• Oversaw the coordination of HSE policies, site meetings, conflict resolution, negotiations with sub-contractors and suppliers, etc.

• Developed civil infrastructure at Pinnock Beach Estate, (Stages I & II) Arcadia Grove Estate, Treasure Gardens Estate, Cowrie Creek Estate, reclamation works and access road/ bridge Construction at Oleri via Aladja in Delta State to the tune of N2.2 billion.• Supervised the construction of access roads (earthworks, asphaltic concrete surfacing construction of reinforced concrete lined drains/trapezoidal drains, construction of reinforced concrete pipe/box culverts, pump stations, utilities buildings, etc.---N3.5 billion• Managed the construction of 5-bedroom duplexes, 4-bedroom detached and semi-detached duplexes, 4-floor blocks of flats at Treasure Gardens Estate and Pinnock Beach Estate –N1.8 billion• Supervised the single-span bridge construction at Oleri. Major works included setting-out of pile points, casting of reinforced concrete pile caps/longitudinal beams, reinforced precast concrete parapet walls, casting of reinforced concrete bridge deck with expansion joints, etc.

• Coordinated with the consultant on the quality of the works carried out to ensure that the products meet all specifications. Coordinated and monitored with the municipality agencies during visits to the site and ensure adherence to Quality, Health and Safety regulations on all assigned sites.• Supervised the management of the site regularly with the consultant; attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving project requirements and quality standards.• Motivated and supervised consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
