I am in charge of Health & Safety and Food Safety across the estate.Duties:- Daily monitoring of company due diligence checks through a digital record platform.- Create and maintain company allergen and nutritional information guides. - Create and lead company workshops on compliance and food legislation.- Create and maintain company 'How to Cards' documents for operation procedures and standards for Black Sheep stores.- Teach company policy on food safety legislation.- Perform 'health checks' on stores to ensure they are complying with food safety legislation.- Periodically conduct brand standard, health & safety, fire safety and food safety audits on Black Sheep Coffee shops.- Assist as requested with investigations of food-related illness claims to determine and implement corrective action.- Perform analysis and prepare reporting to evaluate Operating Company Food Safety compliance and overall performance against KPIs.

- Craft new menu items and ensure they work on an operational level.- Manage and run store trials, with the support of Supply Chain.- Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to visit stores to review the performance of the products as customers experience them.- Own the critical path and ensure that all products are launched on time and to the brief.
