As a high school student working part-time, I delved into the operational aspects of the company, standing out as the only intern transitioning to full-time roles during winter and summer breaks. I assumed additional responsibilities, including guiding patients as a Spanish translator, committing significant time weekly to self-directed Spanish learning for improved communication. Proactively, I taught myself Ethernet setup to contribute to cost savings. Collaborating with a colleague, we developed a computer software solution, revolutionizing patient information management. Beyond my primary role, I actively assisted various departments to enhance overall office efficiency. Willingly working weekends and consistently staying late after closing, I ensured timely project completion.
