Engage in customer service to greet clients and keep them happy during their time within the facility. Review various hair styles customers may desire, or discuss potential problems due to poor hair up-keep. Speak with several customers at once multi-tasking, order & sale retail products, answering phone calls and schedule customer appointments. Assist with hair color, cut hair, shampoo and applying chemical treatment. Roller set, blow dry, press comb, silk-straight and styling after treatments has been successfully applied. Clean work area as needed after customer visits

Examined and record shipment data contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify accuracy. Prepare documentation with work orders, invoices and shipping. Confirmed and correspond with department representatives to rectify errors, damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications. Packed, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials to be shipped using hand powered tools and postage meter. Determined shipping methods, routes, and rates for materials to be shipped. Reviewed amount of space available, shipping, storage, charges using computer hardware & system software to determine list prices.
