During my stint with Globacom, I facilitated the telecom's company into the number one data network both in volume and subscriber base through several initiatives, noted of which was a rebranding exercise that focused on the untapped youth segment of the market. I drove a strategy that carefully aligned communications to the lifestyle and cultural nuances of different layers of urban and rural segments which connected them to the message. Our success became even more clear when we reached #1 status for volume and subscriber numbers in 2017.Some of my key contributions included:♦ Increasing customer base from 2.7M to 5.3M in one year, a market share increase of 35%.♦ Leveraged a keen strategic vision that created brand acceptance among the culturally diverse people of Nigeria and Ghana.

As Head of Corporate Communications with ETB, I helped to transition this local bank into a global force, prepared to expand into new territories and command a presence in the growing African economy. I created a buzz through effective marketing and strategizing that lead to write-ups in local and national newspapers that reached 95M readers. We successfully positioned ETB into the foremost contender for a Sterling Bank merger.A few of my highlights with ETB include:♦ Hosting topnotch events for media and critical stakeholders to garner support and drive home the mission of ETB.♦ Increasing the visibility of ETB on the international landscape, bringing in investors that increased our capital base from $879M to $1.2M.♦ Creating marketing to target foreign Direct Investment Portfolios and international business, leading to a $387M revenue increase.

At Leo Burnett, I worked tirelessly to establish processes and quality benchmarks. Through improvements to the traffic management system, the agency saw an 85% boost in account billings. I was very proud of my team of 32 creative talents and spearheaded a culture of creative thinking and innovation through effective management, training, and coaching.
