Current- Roles:
- Shifting work of 12 hours, with 24/7 operational data center
- L1 and L2 support, providing L3 support to maintain the client's SLA
- Manage and assigned internal IP addresses, routes, and bandwidth allocation
- Manage and troubleshooting security system (ACS, CCTV and key management system)
- Manage and troubleshooting AP and IP phone (cambium, tplink, ubiquity and cisco phone)
