I monitored networks, systems, and applications for security breaches, detected potential threats, and analysed security alerts. Acting as the first responder to security incidents, contain and mitigate threats, conduct investigations, aid in recovery efforts, and document incidents for future reference. Educated employees on cybersecurity best practices and conducting training sessions to minimise human error and enhance overall security awareness.
