I'm Adeola Ayoola (she/her), the CEO/Co-founder at Famasi Africa - a pharmacy infrastructure that allows individuals/businesses to connect to Pharmacies in emerging markets. I have spent 8+ years working across the pharmaceutical sector - retail, hospital, primary health centre, wholesale, and distribution - closely with people who have medication needs & understand what it means to be a Provider. I'm also a serial hustler with 4 previous small businesses. Having worked closely with Pharmacies at mPharma to improve access to medications, I realised there was a huge opportunity in facilitating last-mile access to medications, especially for people with recurrent medication needs. This interest in people with recurrent medications is a result of 4 years working in community Pharmacies and goes back to my firsthand experience with HIV/AIDS patients in National Hospital.At Famasi, we aim to simplify care for everyone using software & APIs. Famasi is backed by Angel investors, early customers, Microtraction VC & HustleFund VC.My life's work is Famasi & my mission is to simplify life for the everyday person.
