Avant-Garde Network (avantgardenetwork.com) is a social impact company that creates outstanding entrepreneurs and executives from diverse backgrounds. AGN develops our members skills and education as business owners and leaders then connect them to companies where they can grow and thrive professionally. We help high performing organizations recruit this diverse pool of business professionals to help their companies grow. To support this work, we host a series of conferences, forums, masterclasses and networking events where we discuss market trends and opportunities in different industries and connect professionals and companies. AGN now represents over 40,000 members and hosts events in New York City, Washington D.C., Lagos, Nigeria and more. Adeola understands that meeting the career aspirations of Black professionals requires more than just the standard engagement.
