Women of Color & Capital Conference is the first and largest of its kind where diverse women entrepreneurs & professionals come together to learn about money, finance, capital and investing from a 360 degree lens.• Cultivated the WOCXC community to include over 20,000 women of color through the Women of Color and Capital Conference, events, programs and discussions.• Consult with stakeholder to create financial tools and methods to improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programming and impact.

• Consult with companies for the development of programs and initiatives to attract, retain and promote diverse talent and promote Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives.• Creates and executes partnerships, programing, and interventions that increases diversity in industries.• Identify and create partnerships with companies, banks, CDFI’s and non-profits in line with the company mission and goals.• Lead impactful engagements and events that advance the AGN’s mission centered around diversity and inclusion using data and insights to drive outcomes and strategic business direction.• Manage and set budgets measure return on investment of programming and initiatives around DEI.• Develop, create and implement action plans that reach diversity and inclusion goals aligned with company priorities based on community feedback and strategic business goals.• Create and implement special initiatives and events to increase awareness of AGN’s diversity initiatives.• Develop, plan, execute, and deliver policies and programming in support of AGN’s long-term strategy.• Oversee and represent company with strategic partnerships including sponsorships, job boards, research, thought leadership with influential leaders.• Increase overall awareness and engagement relating to diversity and inclusion through events and programs.• Cultivated membership to include over 40,000 professionals of color through 200+ forums, events, programs and discussions.AWARDS: Crain's 2022 New York Notable Black Leaders Award, New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce 2019 NY Women of Excellence, National Bar Association's Nation's Best Advocates 40 under 40, 2018 TOP 35 Millennial Influencers Award, the Congresswoman Yvette D. • Perform closings of conveyances of residential and commercial city owned property.• Handle complex legal issues pertaining to the implementation of housing programs.• Perform documents and complex legal work having significant financial, procedural, and policy consequences.

Through the CUP Fellows Program, participants complete a rigorous one year leadership development experience that includes skills-based training and networking opportunities that prepare them for impactful civic involvement.In addition to equipping professionals with the skills needed to lead with impact, the CUP Fellows Program provides participants with a lifelong springboard for prestigious opportunities such as appointments to nonprofit and public sector boards. By exposing CUP Fellows to public sector opportunities and an influential network of professionals, the program is designed to equip participants with the skills, information, and resources needed to manage their careers effectively and position themselves for civic leadership opportunities.

• Review, advise and draft contracts, agreements and documents in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.• Prepare legal reports and documentation related to state and federal development regulations and requirements.

• Analyze and advise on legal merits of claims based on legal research, interpretation, and applicable case law.• Draft and manage a wide array of legal documentation, memoranda including complaints, motions to compel, discovery motions, interrogatories, document requests, protective orders and appellate briefs.

• Review, draft and prepare legal memoranda and reports regarding international standards and norms. • Research and analyze legal issues arising from the African Union/United Nations Hybrid Operations in Darfur.
