As an associate, Assist and co-ordinate provision of the following services to local and multi-national companies: accounting services, including keeping of accounting records, preparation of financial statements, developing of business plan and performance budget and reports for effective and efficient running of business operations; tax compliance services to ensure compliance with Nigeria tax laws and other regulatory requirements; and business and regulatory support services to various local and multi-national companies.

Selected activities: receive and count working cash at beginning of shift; identify customers, validate and cash cheques; accept cash and checks for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slip; process cash withdrawals; perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier's cheques, personal money orders, issuing traveler's cheques and exchanging foreign currency; perform services for customers such as ordering bank cards and cheques; receive and verify loan payments, mortgage payments and utility bill payments; record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures; balance currency, cash and cheques in cash drawer at end of each shift; answer inquiries regarding current and savings accounts and other bank's related products; attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts; explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers; ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures;

Selected activities: deal directly with taxpayer either by telephone, electronically or face to face; respond promptly to taxpayer inquiries; handle and resolve taxpayer complaints; computer processing of electronic Tax Clearance Card; organize workflow to meet taxpayer timeframes; direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource; record details of inquiries, comments and complaints; record details of actions taken; prepare and distribute taxpayer activity reports; maintain taxpayer databases; communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
