R1 FPW/Depaletizer Building 4Nos BBT ClimaxScope of service includes;• In charge of the construction management team.• Participate of regular coordination technical meetings with the contractors and other appropriate parties.• Discussion with and assistance to the contractors in the preparation of long and short-term execution planning schedules, and closely monitoring of the progress achieved by the contractors.• Preparation and submission to the Client of regular reports about the progress and quality of works under execution and other relevant data about the construction works.• To check and coordinate the data received from the client; monitoring the design and realization in the projects including the progress changes and deviations from the contract in consult with the clients’ representatives.• To organize the project team and review the project progress.• To control the Project budget and report progress of budget spending to the Project Manager (not including Office Budget).• Review and approve monthly project claim, quotation (site instruction), Issuing of Certificate of Payment (COP), Monthly cost reporting.• Project close out- Punchlist, certificate of practical completion.
