I have a gift of numbers. Being able to tweak, store, remember numbers easily has proven beneficial in portfolio management and excellent recordkeeping. When dealing with clients who are following up, it has been important to see a client’s phone number and instantly recognize who is calling and remember crucial memories/cues(like birthdays and anniversaries) to insert in the conversation to make it fulfilling and interesting.Building quality relationships is not for the anxious but rather, for someone who plays continuously for the long-term. From my days of representing my faculty in competitive chess, I have always prioritized a strategy of losing a pawn to gain a queen which has helped me not only acquire customers but more importantly retain them.
