I'm a researcher, evaluator, and data analyst with advanced skills in quantitative and qualitative research. My academic background is in demographics and statistics. I am passionate about conducting research and performing statistical analysis, and I am interested in analysing public health data, market research, and social care data.I have close to eight (8) years of professional work experience working with private, public service, and charity organisations. My specialisations include monitoring and evaluation, social care, quantitative and qualitative research, and data analytics. I have worked around many data analytics and presentations for several years and can handle data management, visualisation, pivoting, and narratives.In the past, I handled projects such as the primary health care monitoring and evaluation project, malaria prevention and treatment of infants and pregnant women, orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), Antiretroviral therapy (ART) treatment for adults and children, and prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), among many others. I worked as a consultant data analyst for several international organisations, including African Chicken Genetics Gains and the International Livestock Research Institute, and I became one of their best data experts. Spanning the time I had worked as a Data Analyst and as Monitoring and Evaluation expert, I trained quite a high number of professionals on how to analyse parametric and non-parametric statistical analysis with the aid of MS-Excel, Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), SAS application, Stata software, Epi-data, Google Data Studio, NVivo, Survey Monkey, Google Form, SQL, Open Medical Records system (Open MRS), National Data Repository (NDR), District Health Information System. Part of my contributions to HIV/AIDS/TB programming was leading a team that switched 100% of ART patients from TLE to TLD. I also collaborated with clinical teams within the organisation that achieved 94% optimisation of Viral Load (VL) suppression. I led a team that achieved 98% of Isoniazid Preventive Therapy (IPT) optimisations. I am dedicated to enhancing quantitative and qualitative research through unwavering commitment and diligence.
