QA/QC Mine Construction Central Service Engineering – Civil Structural - PT. Freeport Indonesia :Responsibility :• Analyze, review and improve project works (from preparation up to finishing) within assigned functional scope to supporting determining compliance of project works to quality standard and specification as required. • Lead and coordinate QA/QC works within assigned functional scope to ensure the achievement of targeted group completion. • Organize and perform field inspection for quality control to ensure the construction work comply with quality standard and specification as required. • Propose annual budget and monitor its performance to support the achievement and objectives of construction laboratory within the allocated budget. • Provide any related QA/QC information within assigned functional scope in timely manner, accurately and completely in order to support supervisor's recommendation. • Review the current systems, methods and procedures in QA/QC activities within assigned functional scope for preventive action and continuous improvement. • Identify and implement subordinate's development needs to enhance their capabilities. • Guide, Monitor and control the implementation of safety standards and procedures within work area to minimize accident and dam
