I led the Talent Acquisition function at Zynga. Big Heart Pet Brands (Formerly Del Monte Pet Brands)In addition to directing the enterprise-wide recruitment activities of Big Heart Pet Brands, I was a key partner in the implementation of the Workday recruiting module. Other key wins included a complete overhaul of the talent acquisition function, saving nearly a million dollars in agency spend. Significant milestones included the transition of Delmonte Pet Brands, to Big Heart Pet Brands. This required a total website redesign and rebranding.During my tenure, we began the journey from a tactical recruiting function, to a business advisor capability.
