- QA Team leading- Create and maintain a project-based testing strategy, including test types and testing efforts based on resource performance and skill set, along with compliance with testing standards- Provide risks analysis with Scrum Master and support in resolving critical issues along with the Project team and the customer- Test environment creation and configuration- Prepare and support test documents such as test scenarios, checklists, test cases, etc.- Execute all general types of testing: functional, regression, cross-browser, cross-platform, installation, localization, etc.- Provide comprehensive QA reports to all stakeholders- Facilitate the daily scrums, retrospectives, demo, refinement and planning sessions, testing scope preparation meetings- Gather necessary projects quality metrics- Participate in communication with customer / stakeholders- Provide suggestions and ideas that can help stakeholders in decision making to achieve their business goal- Track all bugs, errors and inform team about issues to ensure their resolution before project release- Serve as a mentor to the QA department, provide general guidance and assistance to newcomers
