“SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR “Including Import, Export, Global Supply Chain, Carrier negotiations, Fleet Management, Vendor Management.I am a "Logistics Professional" with 9+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain including all logistics sector along with UAE and KSA driving license. Responsible for overseeing overall supply chain management including organisation monitoring supply and distribution of goods managing entire order cycle managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service liaising with manufacturer, retail and suppliers.

All movements of warehouse inbound and outbound items daily basis inventory, monthly inventory handover to accounts. ERP and cargowise system based updated. All movements of transportation and coordinate with drivers. Making GRN report for all goods once we received in warehouse.

i. All movements (Domestic, Export & Import) & Storage of products.ii. Responsible for preparing regional reports, selecting tools and procedures for production planning, inventory management and replenishment.iii. Also responsible for planning, forecasting, scheduling, and the replenishment, processes management.iv. Responsible for a team of over 15 staff that include drivers and warehouse operatives.v. Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export and supply chain security.vi. Improved yearly inventory turns in all regions with more focused and logical approach to slow moving and archaic product.vii. Monitoring the quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.viii. Manage transportation & distribution operation in a consistent manner on daily basis with cost effective, customer service, and corporate strategic requirements.ix. Interaction with PPC, Production & Sales Team to ensure smooth and regular supplies of orders.x. Supporting other departments within the company.xi. Supervising, training and hiring of employees to work in the warehouse either as labourers, equipment operators, clerks or inventory control personnel.xii. Scheduling employees, truck drivers, arranging drop offs and deliveries and scheduling loading dock use of mechanized equipment such as forklifts.xiii. Analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements.xiv. Setting objectives and motivating other members of the team.xv. Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs.xvi. Checking and verifying shipping records, handling questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and addressing any problems with inventory control.xvii.
