I have been an English teacher since 2006 with experience in teaching languages ​​in Brazil and the USA; a speaker in the area of ​​emotional intelligence and self-knowledge, and a facilitator of self-knowledge, self-awareness and personal growth programs for men.I was one of 20 Brazilians selected (the only one from Santa Catarina) for the 2016/17 Fulbright FLTA program. I taught Portuguese as a Foreign Language and Brazilian Culture at Wingate University, North Carolina.Returning to Brazil, in 2017, I started Advanced Language Solutions, a company aimed at meeting the specific needs of companies with English and Spanish. Since then, we have been working in companies that work with export/import, international clients, events, or that are in M&A processes, training employees to use English and Spanish in the company's niche, area and sector of activity, and current needs of the company's reality.For example, we participated in the Gelnex-Darling M&A process, training leaders in the production, projects, finance and HR sectors.For me, understanding a person's process is understanding how to empower them. I am a lover of understanding the functioning of the human psyche. Therefore, in 2021, I started working with personal development and self-knowledge, and created the Abaeté movement; a self-knowledge movement for men focused on masculine potentials, based on Jungian psychology, archetypal psychology, transpersonal psychology, and initiatory pedagogy, and I have been helping men from all over Brazil and the world to awaken the potentials that are missing in their lives, and become more empathetic, wise, strong and determined.I have a degree in Management Processes from Unopar, in English Literature and Literature from UFSC, and am Specialist in Transpersonal Psychology from Unipaz-Paraná.Let me help your company have an international presence and positioning worth of its size:aderson@advancedidiomas.com
