As a Senior Property Manager for Remedy Medical Properties, I oversee a portfolio of 22 medical office buildings in Chattanooga, TN and the surrounding areas. This dynamic portfolio of assets is part of Chattanooga’s thriving and renowned healthcare system and includes a broad range of doctor’s offices, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities. Remedy Medical Properties owns more than 26 million square feet of medical office space across 43 states and is a fully-integrated real estate firm offering development, management, leasing, and consulting services.Prior to Remedy, I served as a Managing Director at Sterling Bay, Chicago’s most prolific real estate firm. In this role I oversaw the Property Management Department, both nationally and in Chicago. I had full responsibility for all aspects of property management across Sterling Bay’s portfolio. I have over twenty-years’ experience managing commercial office buildings, primarily in downtown Chicago, including the iconic 2.2M sf Prudential Plaza. From 2013-2018 I ran a 1.4 million sf portfolio of redeveloped tech office space with a tenant roster that included Google, Twitter, Uber, SAP and Gogo. I also completed the redevelopment of 111 North Canal St, where in less than 18 months we leased 600,000 sf of office space and executed $70 million of capital improvements.Earlier in my career I focused on the renovation and repositioning of historic downtown office buildings. My development experience on these projects totaled over $150 million and included new: HVAC and mechanical systems, elevators, restrooms, lobbies, facades, rooftop decks, conference facilities, fitness centers, stairwells, and over 1.5 million sf of tenant improvements. My experience in all aspects of real property, along with my proven track record of Leadership on complex projects, allow me to contribute to a wide swath of real estate activities including: professional underwriting, leading the execution of real estate investment strategies, and managing development teams and consultants.I hold an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor’s of Science from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
