Financial Planning & Control Unit • Performance Measurement and Financial Reporting • Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and all related schedules• Fixed Assets Management• Budget Monitoring & Industry Analysis • Ensure rendition of statutory returns to the regulatory authorities (NAICOM SEC/NASD/FRCN) within the stipulated time• Reconciliation of Related Party Transactions (Inter-company)• Support in coordinating and management of external auditor and regulators • Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO and Management Team

Accounts and Budget Unit• Preparation of MPR and QPR Reports; ensuring that the Company performance is represented accurately• Support role in the preparation of Management Account• Support role in the preparation of all statutory returns• Supporting role in the preparation of other performance management reports to Management. Weekly GPW report, Agency review, Product review, Lapse report etc• Accruals & prepayment Management • Treasury operations• Support in coordinating and management of external auditor and regulators • Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO, Unit Head and Management team
