I am a recent graduate of the University of Arizona where I received my B.A. in Economics and minored in Business Administration. I am currently residing in the San Francisco Bay Area.I’m most proud of my skills developed at my previous job experience in the mortgage banking industry. Many of responsibilities were to examine borrower’s personal data and the historical data of the property being acquired. Due to Greystone’s highly regarded reputation and tighter regulations in Fannie Mae’s lending habits, I was required to use strong analytical skills in order to help present a high knowledge of understanding for the data given. I was part of a crucial step in borrowers/customers acquiring the loan they desired. During my time at Greystone I worked internally and externally in order to complete the transaction, clear communication was essential in having everything run smoothly and keep members on both sides of the transaction happy. I have a background sales working at a high end retail establishment. The responsibilities were to present relevant products to customers with a knowledge and apprehension of the product lines I was selling. Taking a unique and personal approach allowed for my sales numbers to reach into the tens of thousands in just the first few months. I am now exploring a position in sales in order to build these skills into a future career in sales.
