Responsible for facilitating the seamless migration and onboarding of walk-in customers to digital channels, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with our services. I collaborate with retail sales teams during activation events to promote active customer participation and transactions, while also implementing strategies to reactivate dormant accounts. My focus is on achieving an 80% rate of Active Transacting Customers (ATC) among all opened accounts, enhancing overall customer engagement.I also identify referral opportunities to generate leads for our marketing team, supporting the bank's growth initiatives.
