•Drilling and Completions Team Lead Halliburton in Chevron WELLDECC•Led a team of 3 Halliburton drilling consultants supporting deepwater operations for Chevron in the Gulf of Mexico (Bigfoot, Tahiti, Jack St/Malo, Mocassin, Coronado).

•Partnered with South Texas business units using STIMPLAN to optimize hydraulic fracture completion operations, thereby increasing production and refining future designs to save costs.•Managed technical aspects of Intelligent Well Completions on well GC562#3 in Gulf of Mexico. Deliverables include: nodal analysis to demonstrate increased and accelerated production by co-mingling of reservoirs.•Coordinated with service providers to develop completion tools for ConocoPhillips unconventional gas assets. Developed a single trip TAML 3-well architecture and methodology for hydraulic fracturing of multilateral wells in the Bakken. •Evaluated the application and the suitability of permanent down-hole gauges and swell-packers for Australia and Vietnam high rate gas wells.

•Managed projects from sales handover to execution of projects. Directed engineers and service technicians in field operations.•Managed Intelligent Well Completions for a $100 M deepwater project (Chevron Agbami). Managed integration of Intelligent Well control into the sub-sea pod, monitoring invoicing and operational activity of the installation. Resulted in a successful on-schedule installation of upper completion equipment for the first 5 intelligent wells for the project.
