 Verify all Proactis (Inventory Management software) stock issue/return/transfers for accuracy as necessary. Investigate and reconcile stock differences. Review all warehouse transactions and daily postings on a daily basis to ensure accuracy. Create, maintain and edit system entries to ensure inventory accuracy. Review Status of all purchase order for stock materials and expedite in order to meet required on site dates. Analyse stock movements each month and propose re-order quantities and or change Min/Max parameter. Generate purchase requisition (PR’s) for stock materials as at when required. Relate with end user departments (Production, drilling and facility departments) to review existing min/max quantities of stock items in view of reducing inventory cost without negatively impacting operations. Coordinate mid and end year Inventory exercise for internal warehouse and all 3rd party warehouses in Onne and Port Harcourt. Liaise with external auditors during the yearly audit exercise. Participate in the pre-qual and technical evaluation of Tenders. Participate in Budget planning and performance review meetings with NAPIMS Keep track of all Logistics contract in terms of contract duration and spent to ensure validity of all essential Logistics service contracts Periodically carry out review of inventory management procedure with the Head Logistics Business Support. Raise Call-offs for contractors. Creating Nigerian Content Plans.
