MEMMCOL // EPAIL• Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.• Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for the company• Developing and maintaining quality and safety standards.• Manage relationships with contractors and service provider.• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.• Develop Maintenance Procedures and Ensure Implementation• Carry out Inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.• Plan and oversee all the repairs and installation activities.• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analysing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.• Check the Electrical and Hydraulic systems of the buildings to ensure the functionality.• Installation and Commissioning of New Machines• Manage and coordinate Armoured Vehicle Assembly Activities• Research and Development• Allocate workload and Supervise upkeep of Staff.• Monitor Equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.• Monitor Expenses and control the budget for maintenance.• Manage Relationships with contractors and service providers.• Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.SBC• Overall responsible for engineering function for Production Department and Team Performance.• Delivery of Business objectives: Deliver expert and senior support to Production Operations. Ensuring health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised and enhancing business objectives and Operations performance. • People Development: Maintain and develop the corresponding Engineering Core Competencies of technical operations personnel including mentoring, training, coaching and skills assessments. • Maintenance & Improvement: Enable high performance Operations, providing assets Maintenance according to the business Strategy and working closely with Factory Manager to make order for necessary spare parts to maintain /improve machines OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency). Draw a weekly, Monthly and Annual Maintenance Plan for Production equipment. Support and contribute to have a proper technical store management.• Full Business Compliance: Ensure Processes & Equipment in production operations are safe for people, products and environment, in line with business regulations/Pepsi International.
