After a long career in the Australian public sector where I built a wide portfolio of skills, I launched a small IT consultancy in 1997. We specialised in bespoke websites and e-commerce, but also offered content creation and editing services for print, audio and video. Key clients included the ATO, City of Melbourne, VicSES and Vision Australia; project roles included interactive online system design and build, Web project management and development of system requirements.I've always been excited by new and interesting ways to use technology. I'm always eager to engage with people using tech, seeing what unexpected outcomes they can create with the available tools.For the last five years I've enjoyed working for Murrindindi Shire Council, initially working on customer systems then expanding into co-leading a digital transformation project.
