As the manager of Music Club Underground, I was leading a team of 19 employees. With an average traffic of 100 guests every night, my focus areas were: scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, accounting and last but not least building a winning team by motivating my colleagues. My natural curiosity in meeting new people helped me to understand what my guests want. Consequently, I developed the clubs structure and extended our range which led to the clubs financial rehabilitation.
