Leading marketing at Galápagos since 2021, my mission has been to strengthen and professionalize the company’s marketing strategy and business in Brazil, integrating the global vision of the Asmodee Group. Through innovative digital strategies, I have renewed the brand and product experience culture with strong content engagement, boosting the board game market and helping it become a vibrant part of Brazilian culture. The sales growth of over 15% per year over the past 3 years, as well as our expansion from the hobby market to specialized and mass markets, has been directly influenced and supported by this work.At Galápagos, my leadership involved creating and executing a solid digital structure, from social media marketing, influence, media, CRM, to performance analysis (BI & Insights). Redesigning the entire event front post-pandemic was a standout challenge. My management was crucial in structuring a Trade Marketing area and revamping the E-Commerce, now integrated with other company areas. Beyond this and most importantly, my role unifying Sales, Product, and Marketing strategies has resulted in a cohesive and connected strategic movement of with "Sales with purpose". My constant focus on the consumer and on effective solutions with limited resources has been the foundation for continuous innovation and sustainable growth of our brand.My experience in marketing and branding includes working for multinationals with a strong brand and product structure, such as Siemens and Scania, as well as having structured my own branding and business vision by entrepreneuring with the Santo Rock brand during my professional development process.
