About Adam Fisher

As a Teacher Success Manager at TechSmart, I supported and trained K-12 teachers in Python coding, pedagogy, and TechSmart's teaching/learning platform. I also managed other trainers on the team to help prepare them to support teachers from partner school districts. I am proud to say that the average NPS rating from teachers we supported was above 8, which reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.I'm currently in the Back-end bootcamp program at Promineo Tech, mastering Java, MySQL, REST API development and JUnit Testing among other concepts/applications. I have a vocational certificate in software development from Coding Dojo, where I learned full-stack development using Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and other languages and technologies. I leveraged my coding skills to lead dynamic and engaging learning experiences for teachers and students, and to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. I also have a master's degree in elementary education with middle school and math endorsements. I have over four years of teaching experience in math, geometry, and STEM subjects, where I enjoyed designing and implementing student projects that promote critical thinking and problem-solving.I'm currently seeking a position in software development, particularly back-end/database management work.
