Director Of Property Management Operations
Current• Review and analyze financial data for the department.• Monitor and analyze expenses and ROI related to contracts and processes managed by the Property Management Operations department.• Develop and assist with the implementation of various initiatives.• Monitor federal and state landlord/tenant laws and implement necessary process changes.• Aggregate department data and push information to VPs, RPMs, and property teams in an efficient manner. • Ensure escalated resident issues are resolved timely and accurately.• Ensure support provided to property employees and RPMs by the property management operations department is completed timely and accurately.• Assist with operations for acquisitions, rehabs, new development, and dispositions.• Assist with operations for HUD related matters.• Oversee Standards committee and ensure policies, forms, resources, and resident communications are monitored, updated, and developed timely and accurately. • Develop programs that emphasize process improvement and standardization for the properties and work other departments to achieve the Company’s objectives.• Oversee effectiveness of business contracts and processes managed by the department and make recommendations for business changes related to property operations. • Analyze support ticket data and make recommendations for improvements to standards and processes.
