Director Of Property Management Operations
Current- Review and analyze financial data for the department.
- Monitor and analyze expenses and ROI related to contracts and processes managed by the Property Management Operations department.
- Develop and assist with the implementation of various initiatives.
- Monitor federal and state landlord/tenant laws and implement necessary process changes.
- Aggregate department data and push information to VPs, RPMs, and property teams in an efficient manner.
- Ensure escalated resident issues are resolved timely and accurately.
