Having had so many contract roles in so many industries, I have had quickly adapt to an ever-changing set of personalities, locations, politics, etc. I am able to catch on faster than most, efficiently working with respective teams to find my place in the group. I can follow as well as I lead. I know what it means to be a"Head Coach" or Leader in that I know I DON'T know everything! That is why I surround myself with individuals that excel in areas I don't, and then trust in them to do their job.
